We provide test servers only by IP addresses to test the connection, ping and gameplay. We do not offer SFTP or Pterodactyl panel access.
2. Can I change the location of my game server?
Yes! If you are not satisfied with a certain location, we can migrate the server to another. Just open a ticket from your client area. *Subject to a price adjustment.
3. Who is VPS suitable for?
Using a VPS requires basic knowledge of Linux administration as well as additional software installation.
4. Do you provide technical support for VPS management?
All of our virtual machines are delivered as unmanaged and you must provide your own management and control. However, we provide technical support for issues, errors or information.
5. I have developers for my server. Can I give them permissions to help me?
Yes, you can grant rights to someone else, but at your own risk. We take no responsibility for your own decisions and actions.
6. I would like to transfer my services to another user. Is this possible?
Yes, it's possible! You will need to provide us with the new owner's contact details and the ownership will be transferred once our procedure is completed.
7. Do you offer refunds?
Our mission is to make our customers happy but if you are not satisfied with our services, we will provide you with a refund in the form of credits for our billing site. Just contact us!
